Worked on the app, made it so you can start and stop the bot along with run commands. There is still some stuff to work out with the bot but it is generally working.

You also have the ability to run any Linux command that you want. This is protected by a login md5 hash. It could easily be broken at the moment but at this time I am not worried about security. I will implement it later on.
